The BBC reported on Tuesday that web users are getting more “ruthless”, by navigating web pages more quickly and not being distrated by ads or other content.  I wouldn’t have said that was ruthless behaviour, just an evolution of design (common navigation, logical structures and easy-to-read design) and behaviour (users ignore ads and are more web-savvy) that enables the web to be a more streamlined expereince.

Disney and Google have teamed up to create 3D models of the Florida parks and hotels for potential visitors to walk around.  Using Google Earth it will be possible to walk under the Walt Disney World castle, around the giant globe of Spaceship Earth at EPCOT, or even visit one of the 22 hotels on the resort.

Twitter have gotten themselves in a bit of a pickle with a cyber stalking case.  Ariel Waldman was the subject of a series of malicious “tweets”, but Twitter refused to take them down, describing themselves as a “communication utility” and not responsible for mediating those communications.  The sting in the tail is that Twitter have now changed their ToS to cover their backs (the original ToS stated that users “must not abuse, harass, threaten, impersonate or intimidate other Twitter users”).

Pleased and saddened in equal measures, Bob Gale has confirmed that there will be no Back To The Future 4.

And finally, the Nintendo fanboy in me loves this painstaking recreation of the Bubble Man stage of Megaman.  It took 3 months!!!!  Click on the picture below to see the full album.
